01 OEM Non-Affiliation & Trademark Notice
Trademark & Compatibility Notice
Vision Exim is an independent manufacturer and distributor of high-performance alternative replacement parts. References to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand names—including Trojan Technologies, Wedeco / Xylem, ULTRAAQUA, UV Pure, Aquafine, Philips, Light Sources, and others—are made strictly for technical identification, sizing compatibility, and cross-reference purposes. Vision Exim is not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by these trademark owners unless explicitly certified.
02 Technical Specifications & Site Verification
All dimension drawings, spectral irradiance charts (254nm peak), and electrical pinout schematics published on uvctech.in are engineering resources prepared to assist plant managers:
- Buyer Verification: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to measure and verify existing reactor dimensions, quartz sleeve diameters, operating ballast currents, and seal integrity before placing firm orders.
- Engineering Tolerances: While our components guarantee direct physical and optical fit, variations in legacy OEM ballast revisions may require technical confirmation with our engineers.
03 Quotations, Orders, & Dispatch Timelines
Non-Binding Estimates: Submitting a quote request, WhatsApp message, or website form does not constitute a legally binding sales contract. Contracts are finalized solely through formal written Proforma Invoices (PI) or Purchase Orders.
Fulfillment Windows: Standard stocked spares are targeted for dispatch within 48 hours; specialized custom configurations dispatch within 7 business days. Lead times are operational estimates subject to freight carrier logistics and transit conditions.
Statutory Levies: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%), logistics freight, transit insurance, and entry permits are billed in accordance with the formal Proforma Invoice.
04 Occupational Safety & UVC Radiation Warning
High-Intensity Germicidal Radiation
Industrial UVC systems emit intense ultraviolet radiation (254nm / 185nm) capable of causing immediate eye cornea burns and severe skin injury. Mercury-vapor lamps must be handled with specialized care.
- All installations and retrofits must be conducted solely by certified industrial technicians with proper UV-blocking PPE.
- Vision Exim disclaims all liability for bodily injury, UV burns, or environmental hazards stemming from unqualified handling or broken quartz containment.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, Vision Exim shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages—including plant downtime, coliform compliance fines, industrial process interruptions, loss of revenue, or freight carrier delays.
06 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
Intellectual Property: All original layouts, diagrams, technical copy, and software code on uvctech.in are the proprietary property of Vision Exim. Unauthorized automated scraping or commercial reproduction is prohibited.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed strictly by the Laws of India. All legal claims, arbitrations, or judicial proceedings arising from this platform or business engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
